Love it or hate it, winter is here and the countdown to Christmas has begun.
Whatever your plans over the next few weeks, why not give yourself a little holiday in the caravan? A little bit of me time as well and taking the opportunity to mooch about for some unusual gifts for friends and family at one of the many Christmas fayres happening locally.

Powis Castle near Welshpool ahs plenty on from now until Christmas, in particular the gardens are illuminated during December weekends from 5-9pm on the 1-3rd Dec, 8-10th Dec and 15-17th December.
Walcot Hall has their annual Christmas fayre on the 4th December from 10-3pm, a great way to get in the mood for Christmas.
If you want ot travel a little further into Shrewsbury, Shrewsbury does Christmas on the weekend of the 9-10 December. Huge Christmas Fayre in the Quarry park, with lots of see, do and drink ..again.
