Shropshire Hills Walkers Shuttle Bus

The service will run every weekend from Saturday 25th of May until Sunday 8th September 2024

shropshire hills walkers minibusShropshire Walkers’ weekend Shuttle Buses are a great way to seen more of the Shropshire Hills during your stay at Daisy Bank Caravan Park. The Shuttle buses operate between Bishops Castle and Ludlow with stops at Clun Castle and Knighton. You don’t have to be a walker to enjoy the service, it’s a great trip. Ludlow is a wonderful medieval castle town with black and white timbered buildings. It is famous for shopping and restaurants. Clun Castle is a picturesque town, visit the castle ruins, and enjoy hillside walks along the river.

Ticketing

We’ve taken the decision to charge for all tickets, although these will be at a significantly reduced price.

  • Adult single ticket £2 for one stop, and £4 for a multi-stop.
  • Adult Day Rover £6, (allows you to hop on and off any service, all day)
  • Child Day Rover £3 (allows you to hop on and off any service, all day)
  • Family Day Rover (2 adults + up to 3 children) £12.00, additional child £3
  • Season ticket  £50 (allowing unlimited travel throughout the season)

Shrewsbury Flower Show

Spectacular flower displays, show jumping and celebrity chef demonstrations provide a full day’s entertainment, complemented by music from military bands, male voice choirs and a folk groups. A firework display provides a sparkling finale to the flower show on Saturday. Daisy Bank Touring Caravan Park is a comfortable thirty minute drive from Shrewsbury set in a serene valley with views of the Shropshire Hills, ideal to relax after the Shrewsbury Flower Show.
